These are three 0.25mm needles with a Round Liner type and Long Tapered sharpening step (7mm sharpening length). Cartridges designed for creating contours and lines. Larger sets of Round Liners such as the 3RL in question, but also the 5RL and 7RL have needles arranged in a circular shape, where the needles are concentrated into a point for the highest precision in permanent make-up. A 25/3 RLLT or 25/5 RLLT cartridge will produce a "lipstick effect", filling in eyebrows or lips faster. A 0.25 needle will also leave a larger pixel than a smaller 0.20 mm needle. The LT or Long Taper needle is sharpened to a length of 7 mm. This makes the blade very slim and leaves a precise, clear point on the skin.
