I have problems logging into my account.

Problem adding an address when placing an order.

Make sure that the format of the entered data complies with the specified requirements (e.g., the postal code for Poland should be in the format xx-xxx), and carefully read the tips that will help you fill in the data.

To edit your data, click the 'pencil' icon. It is important to fill in all fields correctly, such as the full company name and correct VAT number. Make sure all fields are accurately filled out according to the actual state, then click 'Save'.

Available languages

Select your preferred language from the 14 available options to use the site in the most comfortable way for you. This option is located at the top corner of the page under the flag icon.



Selecting light/dark mode  

If you want to customize the appearance of the store according to your visual preferences, you can choose between light and dark mode. This option is located in the upper corner of the page under the “dark&light” icon.



Easy and quick adding products to your cart 

When selecting products that have multiple variants, such as cartridges, you can add several variants in one pop-up. This will save you time and make your purchases even more convenient. A selection pop-up will appear when you click 'Add to cart'. 



Smart search engine  

If you are looking for a specific product or category, use the smart search engine on the navigation bar. Just type in a single word and the search engine will show you the products found and indicate related categories and search suggestions. Thanks to advanced algorithms, KWADRON's search engine will quickly and accurately find products that match your expectations. The search engine is available next to the KWADRON logo. 



Filtering products 

If you want to narrow your search results or browse products in selected categories, use the filtering option available on the left side of the page. You can filter products such as machines, cartridges and tattoo inks to quickly find the products you are interested in. 



360 photos  

Many products in our store have a 360-degree photo option for easy viewing. This allows you to view the product from all sides, taking a close look at the details before making a purchase. This option can be found in the photo gallery on the last item or in the 360view tab next to the product description and specifications. 



Ability to share photos in product reviews  

In addition, you have the option to share a photo in the product review. This allows you to show other customers how the product looks in real life and share your impressions. This option can be found in the 'user reviews' section or under the 'Write a review' button under the product name. 



Additional benefits for logged-in users 

Points Program

Our points program allows you to collect points for each completed order in our store. These points can be redeemed for free delivery or discounts on future purchases. The more points you accumulate, the better discounts you can get! Information on the number of points in your account and how they can be used can be found under the icon RADSONY.png .



Refferal program

Registered users can take advantage of our referral program, which allows you to gain additional benefits by recommending our store to others. Each referral that brings in a new customer can be rewarded with special discounts. You can find more information about the referral program in your user profile under the icon .



Last cart

For the convenience of logged-in customers, we provide the option to order the last completed shopping cart by one click. The products will immediately appear in your shopping cart, speeding up the purchase process. The 'last cart' option can be seen on the home page under the 'RECENTLY PURCHASED' tab. 



Tattoo/pmu view change option

Customers can customize the view of the store by selecting their preferred view for tattoo or permanent makeup related products. The change option is available in the customer profile under the 'my details' tab in the 'customer interest' question.



Order History

Logged-in customers have access to all their orders placed since creating their account. This allows them to track their purchase history and check the details of each order. Order history is available in the customer profile.



Invoices

Logged-in customers also have the option to check and/or download past invoices. Searching for invoices is facilitated by a search box that allows you to quickly find the document you need. Invoices are available in the customer profile. 



Wishlist

You can add products to your wishlist, making it easier for you to shop later and keep track of the products you are interested in. You can find the Wishlist on the top menu bar under ‘the heart’ icon.
