It is operated through a touchscreen interface, making it easy to clean for hygiene purposes. The display shows various settings, including voltage, amperage, and duty cycle. It can also record session time at an hourly rate. The XR-D can store up to 6 different voltage settings, making it convenient for switching between machines or tattooing styles. Unlike previous power supplies, the XR-D's housing is made of aluminum. You can operate the Critical XR-D with or without a foot pedal, and it comes with a built-in kick-start feature. The XR-D is supplied with magnetic mounting.
